# Theme & preferences

> Light, dark, and everyday app preferences.

## Theme

Noodle supports light and dark themes (and system, where available). The marketing site is cream and light; the app can follow your preference.

Change theme in **Settings → Preferences** (or during onboarding rhythm).

## Other preferences

Depending on your build, preferences may also include:

* Mobile navigation shortcuts
* Display density or related comfort options
* Language or regional defaults when offered
