# Voice calls

> Talk out loud with Noo on Noodle+.

On **Noodle+** (and Lifetime), you can talk with Noo out loud instead of typing.

## Start a voice conversation

1. Open **Chat**.
2. Start or open a thread.
3. Choose the voice / call control when it is available on your plan.
4. Speak naturally — pauses are fine.

## Tips

* Find a quiet place if you can.
* You can switch back to text in the same overall chat experience when you prefer typing.
* Voice uses your plan's chat capacity — see [Plans](/account/plans) and [Billing](/account/billing).

## Availability

Voice requires a paid plan with voice enabled. If you do not see the option, check your plan under **Settings → Billing**, or [upgrade](https://app.noodle.health).
