Export journal

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Choose Export (wording may be “Export journal” or similar).
  3. Download the Markdown zip when it is ready.
The export is for you. Keep the file somewhere private.

What is included

Exports focus on journal content (entries in Markdown). If you need a broader data request, contact support@noodle.health or see Privacy & data.
