Reflections are short AI notes on parts of a journal entry. They are meant to be soft mirrors — not grades or critiques.

How they work

  1. Open an entry in Journal.
  2. Request or view reflections on a line or passage (when available).
  3. Read the note. If it resonates, you can Talk about this to continue in chat with Noo.

What reflections are for

  • Noticing a theme you skimmed past
  • Naming a feeling underneath the story
  • Offering a gentle question

What they are not

Reflections are not diagnoses, advice you must follow, or scores on your writing. If a reflection feels off, ignore it. Your entry is still yours.
