What you might see

Depending on how you use Noodle, Insights can include:

• How often you write or check in
• Mood trends over a date range
• Themes that show up in your entries
• When you tend to write

Use the date-range control (for example 7 / 30 / 90 days) to change the window.

What you will not see

• Streaks you must protect
• Scores, grades, or leaderboards
• Pressure to “keep it up”

Getting useful insights

Insights get richer as you check in and write over time. A quiet first week is normal. Keep using Noodle in whatever rhythm fits you.
